HOW IT WORKS

STAGE 1: GETTING TO KNOW YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS

You are assigned a specialist recruiter, dependant on your requirement needs (Project delivery, Software Development, Executive search etc) who will travel to your office to meet with you and your team in person. During this meeting we will asses your current hiring needs, meet with other team members and see first hand how the business operates and the culture that underpins it. This meeting is imperative to enable us start our search effectively. in short, the more we know about you the better!

STAGE 2: STRATEGY IS AGREED

At this point, collaboratively, we would agree a recruitment strategy. Typically this will be inclusive of time scales, a proposed elevator pitch, how we will engage with the market, what specialist tools we will use, the interview process and on-boarding agreement

STAGE 3: 1ST STAGE INTERVIEWS COMMENCE

We do this part for you, to ensure that you and your team are still focused on your own internal tasks.
Once we have completed our 1st stage interviews, our short list is provided to your business, in person, where detailed feedback is discussed. 
What's different? Your assigned recruiter will try to meet personally with each candidate to conduct this first stage interview.

STAGE 4: CAMPAIGN IS COMPLETED

The exciting part! In partnership with your brand, we have successfully secured your new hire. References are completed by your recruiter, start dates agreed and your recruiter is kept in regular communication with the candidate leading up to the start date.
